Do you offer a bridal trial?
Yes! A trial is highly recommended to test your desired look and make any necessary adjustments before your big day.
When should I schedule my trial?
We suggest scheduling your trial 4-6 weeks before your big day, this is when your hair and skin is the length and condition it going to be for your big day
What should I bring to my trial?
Bring inspiration photos, any hair accessories (veil, tiara, clips), and pictures of your dress to help us create a look that complements your wedding style.
Do you travel to my location?
Yes! We offer on-location services for weddings. Travel fees may apply based on the distance.
Do you offer Consultations before booking?
Yes we are now offering Bridal consultation before booking were we can have a chat and have a hair and or Make trial, so you know you are booking with confidence
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Ideally by bank transfer but we can accept credit card but this will incur a transaction fee
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is split in to 2 payments, 1 at the trial and 1 the week before the big day
Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
Yes, but we recommend washing your hair the night before, as slightly “lived-in” hair styles better. Avoid heavy conditioners or oils.
What should I do to prep my skin?
Follow a good skincare routine leading up to your wedding. On the day of, cleanse and moisturize your face, but avoid heavy products or SPF (to prevent flashback in photos).
What happens if I have a last-minute breakout?
Don’t worry! We can color-correct and conceal blemishes to ensure a flawless finish.
Do you provide touch-ups throughout the day?
Our makeup is designed to last all day, but we offer touch-up services or full-day packages if needed.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible—deposits are non-refundable, but we may be able to reschedule based on availability.
